I have a sonos system at home and at office. If in the morning i play music at home and then travel to office, my office sonos system cannot be found on wifi network. BUT just below the error message it says a sonos system has been diecovered on the same wifi network as the one it cound not find and displayed an error message.

once i re-engage the network, all is fine—that is, until i come back to the office where issue repeats.

after leaving office, i have same issue on home sonos system

There are greater injustices in the world but anyone know how to resolve. Btw both systems are current on software updates.

Are you sure your speakers are on the 5Ghz network and not on the 2.4Ghz network? The picture shows your phone is connected to the 5Ghz.

If you created a 2.4Ghz network for your Sonos speakers, your phone also needs to be on that network.
