Suddenly unable to cast from Pandora app when both One SL's are connected

I have two One SL’s running on wireless. Both connected to the same router and on the 2.4ghz channel. The cast button within the Pandora app has disappeared. Pandora within the Sonos app still works. Downloaded Spotify and it casts to either device. The cast button appears and is functional if I power down either One SL. I’ve rebooted everything and did factory resets on both units.

Since you’ve already done the troubleshooting I would normally suggest, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic , and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system
