Good morning. I have around 2 days trying to connect the sub gen 3 to my arc and it is Just not posible. I dont understand why regular connection doesnt work. I have already connected the arc and the era 300s. However the sub gen 3 is impossible. It ends up as asking for the pin and in the end it doesnt connect. The sub Led is in green so i think the equipment is not damaged. I have resetted everything around 10 times. This shouldnt be this difficult. How can i solve this?
Did you enter the PIN code correctly? If so, what happened next?
Yes. I entered the pin below the sub and then it says there is a problem in connecting and tells me to try again. But i have tried again several times even using different devices such as other phones and tablets.

Is this using the new Sonos App, or the older S2 App… some users have reported one or two device setup issues with the new App. If it is the latter, perhaps reproduce the issue, then immediately submit a Sonos system diagnostic report from within the Sonos App, note it’s reference and then contact/chat with Sonos Support via this LINK to discuss the matter in detail and see what the Staff can perhaps then suggest to resolve the matter.
Hi Ken, Just solved the problem. I needed to download and old version of the sonos using apk. And then it connected easily. There must be a compatibility issue with android in the latest version of the app. Take this into account in the following versions of the app.
