Getting really frustrated with my system that’s been faultless until now.
I’m playing music from my phone through Sonos and the sub keeps disconnecting.
I then have to toggle the sun off/on a few times to reconnect.
Sub is on WiFi.

What speakers are connected to the Sub and do you have any Sonos device wired wired to your router?
So you are using Airplay from your phone to your unspecified Sonos device? What happens if you use the Sonos app to the same device?

Everything is done over WiFi. Playbase, Sub in one room, One in Kitchen and Roam for around the house/garden.
Sub and Playbase are close to the router. Like 2ft max.

Having the router so close to the Playbase and Sub is likely why you are experiencing the Sub disconnecting.
Ideally you want the router at least 3ft away from other devices which can impact it’s wireless performance.
