Stereo pair stopped working with turntable

Hi there- 

I have a stereo pair with sub that suddenly stopped working with my turntable. It seems to work fine still when using streaming services.

My setup is TT>preamp>port with a boost. The sub and left speaker of the pair are working but not the right. I’ve unpaired, and the music plays through each speaker individually, and repaired but the issue persists when paired. Unplugged the cables from TT, preamp, and port and replugged to make sure the connections are solid. Again everything else seems to be working fine with streaming and fine individually, it’s just the pair with TT that has suddenly stopped.
