Hello: The status lights on my Sonos 1SL speakers have suddenly come on, and they are so bright in the bedroom. The app shows that I have them switched off. Does anyone know what is happening? Brian

Did you try turning the light setting on and then back to off?
Did you power cycle both the speaker and your controller device?
I did all that. Over time, they have finally shut themselves off randomly. No idea why, but thanks.
