I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Be aware that if it is blown, nothing will show up in the diagnostic, but I suspect they’ll ask for one anyway, better to get it out of the way. But it does seem odd, Sonos amplifiers are designed not to ‘blow’ their speakers, there may be another issue going on. Certainly there isn’t much this community can do in this case, you’re better off talking to support.
When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
