Hello,

I‘ve had my Sonos products for a while know and recently changed them to SonosNet. In the beginning everything worked well, but since today I just can‘t connect it to Sonos Net. The box is connected with the cable and I already tried to switch the cables, use a different box to plug the cable in, but it just doesn‘t work. Not even the box with the cable switches to wm:0 and a reboot didn‘t help. I don‘t know how to fix it or why it suddenly doesn‘t work anymore, I didn‘t change a thing. Does anyone have an idea on what I could try next?

Let’s try a basic test first.
Power down all Sonos devices and router. Wait a few minutes. Then restart the router. When it is fully running and wifi is running, power up your first Sonos device. This should be the one connected by internet cable. When it is running, power up the next Sonos speaker. Continue starting one once the previous one is fully restarted.
See how that goes.
Also make sure you still have wifi enabled on all devices.

Are you running the S2 app?
