SONOS - the eternal Network nightmare

Hi,

So I can play tracks on Spotify to my Sonos Symfonisk speakers no problems. However, on the Sonos app I get the error message 701. Have turned off router etc but nothing. Incidentally, the error also occurs on the Phonos paid for Windows app.
