Sonos Sub Gen 1 Price

Is a Sonos Sub Gen 1 in good condition for £300 second hand a good deal?

Sonos USA sell refurbs for $319. Thats 261 quid, then add VAT and its not far off.

If its not from Sonos then I would question the warranty on it, reducing the value.
