My Sonos is working perfectly with other speakers, but one speaker is not working. It is plugged in and shows when pressing the on off button flashes red. In the system itself it shows I have all speakers working and also it shows music sound is going to that speak.

Hi. A red light on a Sonos speaker is generally a bad sign. Although I normally say that factory resets are a bad idea, i suggest you factory reset the Sonos Play:3 ONLY. Do this by powering it off, then press the play/pause button as you power up the speaker again. When the light changes to flash orange, release the button. It should revert to flashing green. Then add it back to your system using ‘add product’ in the mobile app.
If the speaker will not reset as described, it’s a pretty heavy hint that the hardware has failed.
