I have a new Sonos roam and it will not update and connect to my app. This is the second one I have purchased and it will not work. I’ve tried calling support 3x and never even been connected with someone after being on hold for hours.

Have the exact same issue as first time SONOS customer with a brand new Ray. Cannot setup straight out of the box. This is also my second unit from the store and it's going back tomorrow. These products should not be on sale from SONOS where their infrastructure is currently not able to setup either old or new pieces of equipment. Dreadful experience. Back to Samsung
TBH you dodged that one. The Roam is the worst product they have. Maybe Roam2 will be better but I wouldn’t risk being the early adopter. Just my opinion.
