Hello. I have a Sonos Ray but the TV I would like to connect it to has no optical audio output. The TV has a SPDIF output. Would the following converter work if I connect from the SPDIF TV output to the converter via a SPDIF cable, and then the optical output on the converter to the Ray via the optical cable? Thanks

Optical is S/PDIF, as is coax. I take you only have coax, in which case that converter will be fine.
