Sonos Products Not Playing

Hi All,

I have 5 Sonos One products in total:

1 product connected in Kitchen

1 product connected in Dining Room

1 product connected in Bedroom

A stereo pair connected in lounge.

For some reason all products are showing as connected on the App, and the sound-bar on the App also shows the products as playing with volume up. However Bedroom and Dining Room have no sound emanating from them? Anyone know how to fix this please?

Is any speaker close enough to your router to wire it directly with an ethernet cable?

Are they all on the latest version? If so, maybe try a reset. Power them all off, and your router. Wait a few minutes, then power up the router, waiting until it’s fully restarted with wifi running before powering up your Sonos speakers, one at a time. 
If that works, it might be worth setting fixed ip addresses for the speakers. If you need help with that, just ask. But try the above suggestion as a fix first…

Thanks for the responses. The system seems to have manually sorted this out now but I will bear both of your responses in mind if it happens again.
