I am having problems with my Sonos one speakers having a delay from the sound coming from the soundbar.

You’re likely grouping them, rather than ‘bonding’ a pair as surround speakers. There will always be a slight delay between a home theater room (soundbar and surrounds/sub, if connected) and any grouped room, due to how Sonos works from a fundamental level. That delay disappears, of course, if you’re streaming music to all rooms.
