My Sonos one SL stopped working from one day to the other. I’ve tried different power cables, factory reset and anything else I could find online to no avail. The unit is just over two years old so there’s no more warranty. I have another nine Sonos One installed, but if this keeps happening, I’m very tempted to sell the whole bunch and switch to an alternative. I’ve noticed similar threads were closed without a solution. I’ve noticed similar threats were closed without a solution which I find a bit concerning. Please advise.

Unfortunate as it is when it happens, electronic devices have a limited life. In any batch, some units will last longer than others.

Contact Sonos: thee may be something they can do for the unit, or they may offer you a discount to upgrade/replace the speaker.

Depending on where you are in the world, it may be worth using the Consumer Protection laws in your country to get a replacement or at least some of your money back. In most of Europe, for example, two years working life would not be considered acceptable for a product of that type.

Note that in general you would need to exercise your rights against the company that sold you the item, and not the company that manufactured it (typically the retailer would then seek to recover their costs from Sonos).
