Sonos One SL Problem

My Sonos One SL Suddenly stop and didn't turn on but after tapping several times it turned on started playing. My question is why does this happen and what to do next? i expect answer from technical team of Sonos.

The technical team from Sonos doesn’t live in this ‘community forum’, you’d need to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

Without detail, it sounds like the power cable is not fully seated correctly, but it could be a variety of other things too. A much more detailed description is really needed here.
