My 18 month old Sonos One just stopped working. It will not power up. I have switched cable, plugged directly into outlet but still not powering up. It was working perfectly the day prior. 
 

Thoughts?

My thoughts, on the strength of information given, is “how unfortunate for you, but why are you telling us?”.  Electronic devices do fail, though that may not be what’s happened here. Do you have other Sonos speakers? Can you generate a diagnostics report? Have you spoken to Sonos Support? 


Of course, I understand electronics fail but one would expect it to last longer than 18 months! Yes, have another Sonos One, Roam 2, Sub and Arch. Why?

A diagnostics report may give Sonos more information for troubleshooting.
