I just got my Sonos and it cuts out after a minute of playing, is it a blue tooth wireless speaker or does it need an Ethernet cable?

Ah, I see you put the speaker type in the title.

The Sonos One is not a Bluetooth capable speaker. It might still help to know what music source you’re trying to play, and if your connection is via WiFi itself, or AirPlay 2, which this speaker is capable of.

What Sonos speaker did you get? Some have Bluetooth, some don’t. What music source are you playing?

Generally speaking, audio cutouts are an indication of some sort of wifi interference , with reception interrupted of any signal being sent.

The silly forum software that hides the title when you open a topic from the recent-topics page is really frustrating.

You could try an Ethernet cable to see if it is a local WiFi issue or something else.
