I have a Sonos One and have trouble with Iheartradio and my Tuner radio dropping out. Spotify works fine. The channel for wifi in the sonos app is 11 and I have set the channel on my router to 1, But it still drops out.

Any ideas?

Each streaming company has their own sensitivity to wifi interference, so I’d be looking at that. They all use the same ‘player” on the speakers. 

I’m listening right now to iHeart Radio, with no issues.

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports - they’ll be able to verify if there is interference or not.
