Couple of times now, we start hearing music from our songs arc. TV is not on, if I open the sonos app I see something is playing. I read that there could be a Spotify issue but we don’t have that setup. I see others have had the same issue. But no solutions yet.

I was just wondering about that. Maybe something we said triggered it. Will turn it off.

If you make a diagnostic within fifteen minutes of this happening, Sonos can see what triggered it. You need to call Sonos the get them to pay attention to the diagnostic.
