Sonos Five Trouble - problem with messages while reconnecting

Hi ~ I've had a Sonos 5 and use it daily since 2021. Recently it disconnected, which frequently happens, but this time the prompt says the Sonos is unregistered/unused and must be factory reset. 1) I don't know how to reset this device 2) Will resetting delete my many playlists? Grrrr... Also getting a msg the product can't reconnect to our Wi-Fi. Nothing has changed with router, Wi-Fi, etc in our home. Super frustrated. Have unplugged/replugged the Sonos, the router, the coffeemaker HA! Still silence. I miss my music terribly! Thank you!

Unplug your Sonos, reboot your router and see if it comes back.

If not contact Sonos support BEFORE you factory reset and wipe all your information and any logs sonos might be able to see.
