Does Sonos Five supports stereo mode while they are feeding through a stereo pre amplifier via their line inputs ?

Naturally, in either a single speaker configuration or a bonded stereo pair.
In the latter case the signal is input to one speaker of the pair; it sends the appropriate L or R channel to its peer via the network.
