I’ve double checked and made sure there is no volume limit on the app, however every time I try to play music and turn up the volume the music automatically goes back down to a lower sound. Any suggestions?
What source are you playing?

Usually getting it to act up, submitting a diagnostic and calling Support is the best way to see what is making the change but they are pretty busy with the new app issues.
How do you have the era 300 positioned? I received my Era 300s today and it all connected to my Arc no problem. I then was messing with the positioning of the unit it self. I set it on the power cable so the speaker was looking straight up. Doing that started causing the volume to revert to 15 every time I would raise it. I then positioned the speaker on its side the way it was designed and the volume problem went away. For some reason it really doesn't like to be set on the power cord looking straight up.
