I’ve just setup this speaker 

I’m thinking about returning it as Sonos setup isn’t what it used to be. It’s so much more work than it used to be. 
 

anyway, it works with the TV but it won’t play music or connect with Alexa…

the first problem is I can’t even name it. It shows up as “unnamed speaker” and then when I go change the name it doesn’t hold the name in after I type it and go back to the previous screen. 
 

can’t play music through the Sonos app on it and can’t do anything with it in the Alexa app either
