Sonos Arc not connecting after switching to virgin media hub 5

I’ve been using the Sonos Arc with BT for a while, and everything was working great with my surround speakers. Recently, I switched to Virgin Media and got the Hub 5 router, but now I can’t get my Sonos Arc to connect.

It keeps saying the password is wrong, even though I know it’s correct. It’s been driving me crazy – why is this never simple?

Has anyone had a similar issue or found a solution to get the Sonos Arc working with Virgin Media's Hub 5? Any help would be really appreciated!

Bluetooth is a stereo only connection method, and the Arc only has a BLE connection for setup, and not full Bluetooth for streaming music.

Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

BT? Bluetooth, British Telecom, something else?
