Sonos arc system purchased 04/21. Used sonos mounting bracket to install to wall mounted tv.
Heard a loud pop and saw that the plastic peg the small spring is attached to broke. Now arc is lopsided hanging from tv. Why a plastic piece in an area of continual stress? How do I fix this? Without having to buy another $100 mounting bracket for my speaker?
