Sonos arc doesn't work with starlink

I have a sonos arc and other sonos speakers.

Sonos arc speaker is the only one that cannot connect to my system.

I have a starlink connection and i have try it 

to other isp connection and its working sonos arc

but to starlink connection it doesn't work.

Any suggestions?

Sonos don’t support Satellite network connections, although some do work: https://support.sonos.com/en-gb/article/sonos-system-requirements
