Sonos app update query

Since the latest app update, when I go into settings & turn my sub off it doesn’t stay off. When I come back to play music etc, the sub is on again without me turning it back on. There seems to be no point in having the option to turn the sub off if the system turns it back on the next time you use the system.

My daughter uses our setup when we’re out, via bluetootth from Spotify, & I don’t want her annoying the neighbours with the volume & sub, so I turned the sub off via the previous app version. Now I cannot do this since the app update. How can I get the sub to stay off when selected off?

Unfortunately I can’t help, but have the same issue, even without owning a sub! Which means it is probably cutting the low frequencies and sending it nowhere.
