Why can I only play one Sonos one at a time?

Which SONOS units do you own? Are there any error messages?

 


What? How many Sonos Ones do you own and how are they configured… as a standalone, stereo pair or surrounds?


Do you have them set up as different systems?


When you added your speakers, did you Add Product to the existing or to a new system?

Have you tried the Group feature?

If you have multiple rooms in your system, you should be able to have different music playing to each room, or use group to combine rooms to play the same music source in sync to those rooms.  

We’re guessing here - need a bit more info from you, as asked above.
