Hi! I am currently trying to install my Sonos Era 100.

After following all the steps given in the Sonos App, I still can’t seem to set them up. After typing in the WiFi password, the notice: “Era 100 has been added, but may not be displayed in your system,…“ appears. 
 

The WiFi is working just fine and the Speakers are completely new. Can anyone imagine what the problem is and how exactly I can fix this?

Describe your network setup. What model router are you using? How far are the Era 100s from your router?


I just got help from my neighbor, it was in fact my repeater! The model was too old and not suitable with the new Sonos Speakers. I just installed a new router and everything works perfectly. But still, thanks for your reply!
