Sorry to hear you are not awoken by your desired radio station.
While alarms have been a pain point even for me, it has been addressed and fixed in recent updates. Can you check that your controller used for setting the alarm and your speakers are running the latest versions? - https://support.sonos.com/article/update-your-sonos-speakers
If all seems correct and up-to-date, I’d suggest to submit a diagnostic once the alarm sets off with the chime instead of the intended station and share the number you get with our technical support who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports. Please do not post the diagnostic number on the forum.
