When I log into my account and I go to settings I see the speaker 300 and I click on it and it says you have to login out then in. Which I have done many times and it just won’t work. 
I just want to add my new speaker to my account and play music, why do you make this simple task so complicated. 
very poor. 

That certainly sounds like bad behavior. What did Sonos Support say, when you called in?


When I started the call it was stated that I would be answered in 15 mins, over 50mins later I hung-up!

What I am now worried about is the 0800 number, is it chargeable as other advice centers, as if it is was it a ploy to make more money?


How does an 800 number, or what I assume is the same in the UK as a 0800 number making money for Sonos? Isn’t Sonos paying both the long distance charges, as well as the reps who answer the phone, and help free of charge?

I could see third party (fake) support asking for some sort of payment, but I’ve never heard of Sonos asking for payment for any support.
