Roam stereo on mac

Hi there! I was about to buy two Sonos Roam SL to use as my main mac stereo speakers, but I discovered that they only work via wifi, not bluetooth. Can someone tell me if they can still be used in stereo via wifi (or Airplay 2) and reproduce every sound of the computer (videocalls, browsing, youtube, website sounds, etc) or just the audio apps like spotify or netflix?

When connected to WiFi, Roam or Roam SL stereo pairs can play stereo audio from Bluetooth sources.
