I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Sonos Roam not charging. There are some threads in our Community in regards to this issue, I’ll share a few below but feel free to search for more if you’d like:

If nothing from the above achieved on bringing your Sonos Roam “back to life", please contact our Support Team for some live troubleshooting.
