IMPORTANT: my question is about the GEN 2 not GEN 1. 

Primary part is ok, 315 VDC is president but secondary I have only 2.4 volt instead of 24 volt and measuring the feedback opto coupler it tries to switch on and falls off. 

Any suggestions or schematics are helpful.
