We have a Playbar and several One and One SL speakers in our home system. In the recent past, the remote speakers started cutting in and out when in the TV mode only. The sound from the Playbar in TV mode is fine. Streaming music is working fine on all speakers.
I have spent hours with tech support trying different things until finally today, the tech told me that the Playbar won’t support remote speakers in TV mode and that it has something to do with the app issues that they are gradually trying to fix by releasing updates.
Personally, I think this is BS as logically it doesn’t make sense that the app on my phone would have an effect on whether the sound cuts in and out.
Has anyone else had this issue?
