sonos play 1 is no longer compatible with the new update. the previous app can no longer be found. the suggestions to fix the problem don't work. what can I do ?

I’m certainly not having any issues with multiple PLAY:1s, both as surrounds, and individual speakers, using the latest version of S2.


All play1s are compatable

Use an ethernet cable to router and update software


many thanks! but it is not serious that the seller does not have the solution by giving the old app. I wanted to buy a new Sonos product but I think I won't because the seller is not serious !

There is a backwards path to old S1 app from new app.
