I have changed the wifi settings in my home, which means that the wifi has changed name.
Now I am trying to connect my Play:1 to my new WiFi.
I can complete all the steps in the Sonos-setup-guide. The Play1-loudspeaker starts to make a sound etc.
In the next window in the setup guide the texts says something like:
“Lets now connect Play:1 to your Wifi: iThe name of my WIFI here]
In the next window I enter the password to my WIFI.
I am 100 percent certain, that I enter the correct password. But still I get the message: “An error occurred connecting to gThe name of my WIFI here]
Do you know, what might be going wrong? And how I can fix this problem?
