Just moved into new property and it has Sonos s1 s2 system. I have managed to download apps set up , but can’t connect as previous owners have a  old sign in and password word pc still on it and I can’t access it . How do I set this up for my own use

The first thing I’d try is changing the email, by following the information at the manage your account FAQ. If that doesn’t work, I’d call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

As a last resort, I’d factory reset the devices.
