Strange situation just happened to me.

Have owned and used a pair of Play one’s for years now as a surround sound for my Beam. No issues at all.

Recently changed broadband provider and was re-pairing all the speakers in the network, when ONE of the surrounds cannot complete the connection process from the app, where it asks the speaker to emit a pairing sound. No sound is emitted at all.

Other speaker connects and works, no issues at all, every time.

 

Have tried a factory reset and even when it asks me to press the top play/pause button to try that method, still no sound at all.

 

It was working perfectly until the change of BB provider. Now I have one live surround and one mute speaker.

 

Any ideas about what else I can do?
