My daughter moved my play 5 upstairs (without asking) and it now will not connect to the WiFi. Have tried via the Sonos app but it wont connect to the temp Sonos wifi that it is set up. I have tried connecting to WiFi via an Ethernet cable to the Router but still no luck. Any ideas?

Did the speaker show at all in the app when connected to the router?
Whats the status of the led light?
If it’s not connecting when you wire it directly to the router with an ethernet cable, I’d be guessing that the ethernet card has failed. I’d recommend that you call Sonos Support directly to discuss it. There just isn’t much this community can do for you, other than suggest a potential reboot of the device by powering it back off and on, but that’s a pretty slim hope. Everything else requires a connection to the computer on the speaker itself.
