It wont connect, tryed to reset but it never stopp flashing orange/white, tryed both wireless and with cable, any clue what to do?

Despite the fact that S1 should work with Play 3, mine will not update and connect. Tried S2 which should not be necessary and it works.
Not sure if this was the case, but if the PLAY:3 had previously been upgraded to S2 and you didn’t already have a speaker on S1, you would not be able to downgrade it. It requires an already existing S1 system even after a factory reset.
