This is my first Sonos speaker. In order to set up play 3, I had to connect it to my router with an ethernet cable. When I move the speaker to a different location, it was not recognized. Has anyone experienced this and solved the problem?

Was it sold to you as fully functioning?

Plug it into the Ethernet cable again, and make sure wifi is turned on.

If it is, there’s a chance the wifi circuit is dead. You can generate a diagnostics report and contact Sonos to see if there’s a hardware fault.
