Can you please help my play 1 has dropped out
when I try and contact it goes to lounge 2
i have all my other speakers in lounge 1 so I try to add it in Fix surround it will not let me put it with the other speakers
can any one please 
help
What speakers do you have, and what “room” are they set in? You may need to Group Lounge1 and Lounge2.
hello, indeed what soundbar do you have and what speakers do you use for the surround.also check as saidnik9669a if the lounges are not grouped.ungroup all your speakers and also remove the stereos so that each speaker will appear with its own name, you will just have to redo the installation of your surrounds.Cordially
