Everything on the app wants me to reset it to factory settings I done it multiple time then an error and ask to try something else then it adds it to my system then wants me to reset it again. Any suggestions I greatly appreciated it thank you

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.


Do you have other SONOS units? If so, are they working? Which models? How long have you had the PLAY:1? Has it ever worked in your system?


it also says incompatible play 1


Im trying to connect it to hear music out of it but can not get pass settings it will not do a software update it  wants me to reset it again version 15.4


You need to give us more detail, like what are you doing to cause the app to tell you to factory reset it? Which app? Which Sonos OS on the Play:1?
