play 1 1001 error Diagnostic 106904026

One play 1 in my system has been temperamental before then was fine but now won't add and play tracks, with 1001 errors. Have restarted, reset, moved system to wired via a playbar but still getting the same error. It is only 7 metres from the router and playbar, line of sight, no walls in the way.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

Nick

Hi @MagicTurbo.

Welcome, thank you for reaching out to Sonos Community, We appreciate your time and effort in posting your concern here in our community.

Have you done any network refresh, by unplugging all Sonos devices, then rebooting the router. When the router comes back up, plug back in the Sonos devices.

Let us know if it works. If you need help with any other information, please be sure to let us know.

If it happens again try assigning your Sonos gear a static/reserved IP address from your router’s DHCP settings page. Power down Sonos. reboot router and controller, power up Sonos.
