Imagine the job of Moderator at Sonos.  Give them a break.  Having to wade through the 1000s of messages, I think we can assume that they know:

 

The new app is rubbish

Users want a rollback

You are junking your devices

You are selling your devices

You have spent 1000s 

You are angry, enraged, livid, disgusted, etc.

Numerous features do not work

 

They have got the message ad nauseam.

 

It is just  the small entrance ticket to the courageous bright future for Sonos users, this pain for users and moderators just now. Wait patiently for it to unfold in all its glory as “software eats audio”, to quote CEO Spence word for word.

Sonos will do what they will do.  That was obvious over a week ago.

I’m sick of having a system that does not work properly.

I now know that Sonos will do what Sonos will do and I will only have a fully functioning system when they decide that I can.

I, like many others, remain unhappy about this. 


I doubt they bother to read all this. Prob using ai to flag certain language or questions for action and ignoring the rest.
