Why doesn't my gen 3 subwoofer and sl speakers connect/pair using my sonos app I've tried everything wifi is working properly my phone is working properly what's the main problem with the app finding my speakers

Have you paired the One’s? After that you add the Sub.

Are you getting any error messages?

At what point does it fail?
