I spent 2 x 2 hours with the hotline keeping on reseting and reinstalling.
After struggling on my own given the poor skills fo the hotline staff, i dicovered that it was a 2 clicks solution:
-go on your Orange “My Livebox”app,
-go on you Wifi set up where you have the mapping of all your connected devices
-and finally “authorize” the Sonos device which was blocked
A baby fix that Sonos people are not able to identify...sad!
